Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) and then shipped out. This does not include shipping time or holidays. Shipping times vary depending on location, in US it will take an additional 2-4 days after processing time totaling 5-9 business days for you to receive your order. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Missing/Lost/Stolen Packages

With Clay Designs is not liable for your package once it reaches our shipping vendor. In the case of a missing package you need to contact the shipping vendor and file a claim. 

Returns

For sanitary reasons we do not accept any returns. Each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure utmost quality. However, if your item arrives damaged from shipping please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will figure out a solution for you.
